Cowboy Beef: Natural Grass-Fed and Grass-Finished Premium Black Angus Beef

Cowboy Beef is currently available in whole or half beef sides. A half beef consists of approximately 200 pounds of meat in precut flash-frozen packages, requiring freezer space of approximately 7-8 cubic feet. A whole beef would be approximately double that amount. 

Product availability and pricing are seasonal. Due to the high demand for Cowboy Beef we recommend that you choose your preferred quantity (whole or half) and fill out the Pre-Order form below. Your request will be processed and one of our cowboys will contact you to confirm your order, go over your meat cutting options, answer any questions you may have and discuss delivery and pricing.

A deposit is required to accept your order (payable by credit card or Paypal), with the balance due upon delivery.
